Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed and
published by Javi1080 / SoapGame (hereby referred to collectively as
"the Applications" or individually as "the Application") for mobile
devices, provided as a Free service. Javi1080 / SoapGame is hereby
referred to as "Service Provider". These services are intended for use
"AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not directly collect or store any personal
information from its users. Registration is not required to use the
Application. However, the Application uses third-party services that may
collect certain information automatically, as described below.
Third-Party Services
The Applications use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob
automatically collects and shares with Google the following types of data:
- Device or other identifiers (such as the Advertising ID)
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- App interaction data (such as ad views, clicks and other in-app actions)
- Diagnostic information (such as crash logs and performance data)
This data is collected and shared with Google for the following purposes:
advertising and marketing; analytics; app functionality; and fraud
prevention, security and compliance. The collection of this data is
required for the Applications' ad functionality and cannot be disabled
from within the Applications (see opt-out section below).
This data is processed by Google in accordance with
Google's Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not have access to or control over the data
collected by AdMob.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
The Applications do not collect precise information about the location
of your mobile device. However, AdMob may collect approximate location
data for the purpose of serving relevant advertisements.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Applications?
The Applications use Google AdMob as a third-party advertising service.
Data collected by AdMob is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No other
data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Applications easily
by uninstalling them. You may use the standard uninstall processes as
may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile
application marketplace or network.
You can also opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your
device settings. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads and
enable "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
This will limit the data that AdMob collects for ad targeting purposes.
Children
The Applications are not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children
to never submit any personally identifiable information through the
Applications and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and
legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help
enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide
personally identifiable information through the Applications and/or
Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a
child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service
Provider through the Applications and/or Services, please contact the
Service Provider (zjavi.1080@gmail.com) so that they will be able to
take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to
consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information
in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian
to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality
of your information. The Applications do not directly collect or store
personal data. Data collected by third-party services (such as AdMob) is
protected according to their respective security practices. All data
transmitted by the Applications and their third-party services is
encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The
Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy
by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to
consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use
is deemed approval of all changes.

By using any of the Applications, you are consenting to the processing
of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as
amended by the Service Provider.
