This Privacy Policy explains how SoapGames (a solo project run by Soap1080, hereby the "Service Provider") handles information in relation to this website and to the mobile applications it publishes on Google Play (the "Apps"). The services are provided "AS IS".

1. This website

This website is an informational page about the developer and its games. It does not require registration and does not ask you for personal data through forms.

The website uses Google Ads (Google tag) to measure advertising performance and, where applicable, for remarketing. This technology may set cookies and process identifiers such as your IP address and device/browser data, and shares this information with Google as a third party.

These advertising cookies only load if you give your consent through the cookie banner. Until you accept, advertising and measurement storage stays disabled (Google Consent Mode). 2. The Apps

The Apps do not collect any information when you download and use them. Registration is not required to use the Apps.

The Apps do not collect precise real-time location information of your device.

3. Third parties

On the website, advertising data may be shared with Google through the Google tag, as described above, only after consent.

In the Apps, since no information is collected, no data is shared with third parties.

4. Your rights and opt-out

• Website: you can reject or accept advertising cookies in the banner, and withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
• Apps: you can stop all use of the App by uninstalling it through the standard process of your device or app marketplace.
• Where applicable under data protection law (e.g. GDPR), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection regarding your personal data by contacting the Service Provider.

5. Children

The services are not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's Internet usage. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personal information in your country (in some countries a parent or guardian may do so on your behalf).
